First Aid Training Courses
First aid skills save lives!
First aid training empowers individuals with the confidence and ability to react immediately to an incident, injury or illness.
The HSE (Health & Safety Executive) recommends that a company with 5-50 employees, should have at least one person trained in first aid. Another first-aider should be in place for every 50 workers after that.
For low risk workplaces with 25-50 people, there should be at least one first aider who holds an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, with another first-aider per 100 employees.
Annual Refresher First Aid Courses also available
In addition to our full list of first aid courses below, we also offer annual refresher courses. All first aid courses should be refreshed annually with a 3 hour refresher session covering essential aspects of First Aid, practice and protocols including: CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator), Incident Management, Unconscious Casualty plus any specific workplace requirements.
